Ensure your child brushes for two minutes first thing in the morning before breakfast and last thing at night. Its advised that children up to the age of 9 should be assisted with their brushing.
Limit when your child has sweets. Saving sweet treats for meal times will reduce the amount of time your child’s teeth are under an acid attack.
Find alternatives to sweets as treats this year. Swap the usual sweets for stickers, vampire teeth, temporary tattoos, pencils, erasers, toothbrushes, sugar-free gum and sugar-free sweets.
